My Miss Maya

 

My Granddaughter recently asked me where my spaceship was.

I took a moment to think about this, then I told her, "I keep it going around and around the Earth." 

 

She asked, "How do do get to it?" 

 

I replied, "When I am sleepy, and all tucked in bed, I think of my spaceship. Then, just as I am falling asleep, I push a remote that takes me to my ship. Then I fly through space. I visit planets and meet new aliens. When I am almost awake, I go back to by bed and leave my spaceship floating around Earth."

 

She said, "I like that."
